I started my career as a Graphic Designer, equipping me with a strong foundation in visual design and product thinking. Open to global opportunities, whether for remote work or relocation abroad.
Currently working at Traveloka for the Transport team. Traveloka is Southeast Asia's leading travel platform. My responsibility is focused on the end-to-end Flight and Ground Transport (Train, Bus, and Cars) design interface, specifically on Recovery (smoothing users' journeys for refunds and rescheduling) and Demand (improving the product with new features and easing users' journeys to purchase tickets and sub-products).

My responsibilities include collaborating with Interaction Designers to provide intuitive and delightful user experiences, working with Product Managers, Data Analyst, and Marketing team to ideate and design data-driven, conducting research through usability testing, creating design briefs outlining project goals, and collaborating closely with Engineer teams to ensure seamless hi-fi deliverables.
